PicsIT grew out of hands-on software engineering: .NET development on a payment platform, then R&D leadership in the music industry and engineering tribes in a large-scale payment company. Today we help teams organise, ship and grow, and we still write code.

Who decides what, and what comes first. Most delivery problems start there.
We have been on call, fixed production bugs and migrated platforms. We talk to developers as fellow developers.

Six areas of hands-on experience, built in payments, music and industry. Today we combine them in consulting missions, bring the right profiles together and help teams deliver quality software.
Led frontend, backend, mobile and desktop teams at the same time. Hired engineers, introduced an Agile and Scrum culture, and defined the way forward with the Product department.
Led the acquiring and cross-channel teams. Aligned roadmaps and cross-team projects with the other tribe leads, and set the strategy and means to meet roadmap deadlines.
Got development teams working toward shared deliveries, and followed the projects enabling a payment platform's migration to a newer stack.
Platform operations: investigation, bug fixing and 24/7 R&D support. Then automation for other departments and platform features such as billing.
Built the .NET tools that manage employee on- and off-boarding, and implemented and maintained information security.
Support from level 1 to level 3, close to the infrastructure and to the users.
